Ensure you have planned your journey and give yourself plenty of time to get to our office.
Relax and be yourself. If you have prepared, you have no reason to be nervous. Think of the interview as a focused conversation. There is no need to put on an act or impress by exaggerating.
Try to be open and honest. Tell them about your ideas, interests and experiences what you have learned from them. Share your thought processes and approaches are – how you go about solving issues or problems. Why are you important to them as a candidate?
Don't pretend you know. If you don’t know something, it’s better to admit it. Honesty will get you further than bluffing.
Take your time to answer the questions. Listen and think. Listen carefully to the question, and think about what the interviewer is really asking. Repeating or rephrasing the question or asking for clarification is a can be a good way of buying in time and composing your thoughts.
Give specific example and experiences of competencies during your education and work. Sharing what you have learned from them and what you would do differently next time
Be prepared to talk about the industry the company and the position you’re interviewing for.
Ask insightful questions and preferably at the end of the interview.
